is that considered a good or bad thing? i'd prefer to see a fairly called game, not letting ND get away with pushing and slapping on every play. i'd rather a lot of fouls called if that's the case.

Bonita is the most incompetent ref out there, in my opinion. She doesn't call the blatant fouls that happen right in front of her, but call the phantom fouls from half a court away when she is in no position to make the call. Blaugh I think is fairly competent. DeMayo is okay, but as Icebear pointed out in another thread, he and Geno are friends so DeMayo sometimes over compensates as a means of proving he isn't biased in favor of Geno. All depends on the day.

I'm ok with that group. As I have said before, I think Dennis is one of the best and Bonita has improved in recent years. Could have been a LOT worse. No DK is VERY good news. I assume Dennis will be head ref.

Maybe your experience is limited to when she is one of the senior refs in a crew. Last couple of times I've seen her, she's done a good job, and I hope that with DeMayo and Blauch, the overall job they do will be good.

In any case, we will see.

Bonita has done a couple of recent UConn games. We didn't notice because the refs have been pretty good lately.
