Spoken like someone that's never sat between two fat guys on the ass deadening concrete.
My dad said the seats were killing his butt and back. Ha I was so into the game that I never noticed!

I quit buying season tickets at Gampel because it was just too painful. Too little space on them bleachers - both for butts and legs. When the calf and back spasms got to be an every game occurrence, I called it quits. I have a chair-back seat for tomorrow and (fingers crossed) Monday. At some point in my life when Gampel either upgrades to all chair-backs or I have enough points to ensure chair-backs, I may start going to Gampel again during the season.

LOL I would use one of those padded seats with a back rest that clip onto the bleacher seats.

Not interested in a preseason game with Idaho. Sorry, life's too short.

Tough to clip on concrete. Besides you probably wouldn't be allowed to bring one in the arena. The clip on seat may even be wider than the amount of linear space allowed per ticket holder. Think middle airline seat and reduce by 1/3. :)

Did UConn have to hold back seats per the NCAA to sell to fans of the three visiting teams?? Just wondering if that is but one of the reasons for the low sales (not to mention the $96....). IIRC, we paid $15/game/per person for our pre-season sale season tix. So $33/game is a little steep.....may pay it, tho, if I can buy seats at the tix office tomorrow morning.

I'm a season ticket holder and purchased mine back in the fall when UConn send out an email. They are $15 per session for a total of $30 for both sessions per person, which is a bargain to see 3 games, that is the price stamped on the tickets direct from the NCAA.
