Morgan has a lot of leg injuries while at Archbishop Mity... When I saw her playing for the state title, she appeared a bit sluggish (but the other team WAS really fast, so there's that). Hopefully, it just hadn't been enough time for her to get back to 100%.

Her leg-injury history is just about my only concern regarding her becoming the best she can be at UConn. Hopefully, that stuff is behind her.

Love the Sunday jazz. Not an accident. Geno once said "I look at basketball like jazz."

Love seeing the touch pass from SS to the corner. She did something liked this in the McD All-Star game and in one of the 3x3 FIBA games. In this video, she has the ball hit her hands and before she even comes down it leaves her hands as a pass.

Too bad whoever is putting this video together looks like they are more interested ion winning some kind of video award instead of producing something that we can make out who is doing what.

It is disappointing that Cheli might not be 100% yet. These practices are crucial if she wants any chance at playing a role during this season.

Shall we take a step back and possible lessen the pressure on the players? First of all, the scoring is going to be, as it always is, pretty evenly divided. A player who scores twenty in one game might be utilized in a different manner andAnd held to eight or nine the next. And, minus a player getting really hot and being fed, there will usually be a different high scorer in each game. Geno's players score on whoever has the best shot, not some designated scorer who might go 8 for 32.
