I’m with Wisky on this one. If he breaks a tackle because of his size and strength, so be it. If he is more agile than a DB or LB who just whiffs on him, something is terribly wrong.

Of course they do. But if at 5’10”, 195 you’re not agile enough to deal with a 6’5”, 230 pound QB, you’re not agile enough to play at this level.

Joe Fagnano for Head Coach. Onto a new path. He could be an entirely new entity and put UConn on the way back. Old retreads, young 4 years and gone, not the answer. new way.

Who said serviceable? If you are a talented backup QB sitting behind a freshman or sophomore, it's time to get started in your career. Serviceable? How about Max Brosmer, when he was at UNH, Fagnano from UMaine (was he servicable?). Or the QB who went from South Dakota State to Iowa.

Just need to get an arm and enough mobility to keep defenses honest.
