The Regionals arent Regional

The Georgia vs FSU HAME IN Iowa had 14,000 in attendance. 96% capacity and you know those weren’t dawgs or Seminoles.

Iowa deserves a Regional.
This is a great point. Teams that routinely draw the largest crowds should have regionals near them. SC, UConn, and Iowa draw huge crowds and other teams like Tennessee, Louisville, and Notre Dame are regularly high in attendance. Adding a west coast school/area and maybe a more southern school/area (maybe LSU, Texas, Baylor, and/or Arizona) would make it pretty as far as location goes. That’s basically how the regionals were spread out before so I’m surprised they would move away from that.

Atlanta is in a coastal state.
Dallas is in a coastal state
Philadelphia is in a coastal state

If you count the Great Lakes states as coastal, that eliminates about every city you mention except Phoenix.

Let's face it, the VAST majority of American live in "coastal states." Indeed about 40% live in coastal COUNTIES!

You're right about that. What I should have said was not on the extreme edges of the USA. Not on the east and west coasts. Although you are right that Georgia is on the east coast, Atlanta is much easier to fly into than is Greenville.
