Sort of a transfer - an incoming freshman at Nebraska has asked to be released from her LOI to reopen her recruitment.

De'Janae Boykin should be a part of this list, as she is a 2016 transfer. She should be eligible for the spring of 2017 (technically the last few games in December of 2016). PSU, I believe.

January 22, 2016 - UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – Head coach Coquese Washington has announced the addition of freshman transfer De'Janae Boykin (Springdale, Md.) to the Penn State women’s basketball roster. Transferring from the University of Connecticut, Boykin is a three-time gold medalist in international competition and earned McDonald’s All-American honors following her final prep season.

Boykin is subject to the NCAA Transfer Rules, meaning she must sit out two semesters before being eligible for competition. Boykin will be able to compete following the conclusion of the fall 2016 semester. This was taken from the Penn State official website.
