Dude - You wait the month of December and you can't even fly home with the team, and go to College Park the next day????
Look what Edsall did sucked big time. With that said we don't know for sure when he got the actual offer. Some players flew home with their family after the game so flying home with the team to tell them wasn't a great option.
He should have told them in the locker room he was heading to MD to interview. He didn't....move on.
Defense is just a hater getting his jollies by posting old news.
The players were hurt the most and I'm pretty sure they will send a message Saturday
In other new developments, Neal Armstrong walked on the moon before passing away.
The Germans have bombed Pearl Harbor!
I know you are trying to be funny by talking about ancient history as news, but in future, you should get the history right. It wasn't the Germans at Pearl Harbor, it was the Japanese.

Really?
Thank you for the laugh.I know you are trying to be funny by talking about ancient history as news, but in future, you should get the history right. It wasn't the Germans at Pearl Harbor, it was the Japanese.
sportsart- the reason I posted this is because it's MD week and I don't recall ever reading it on the BY. Obviously, my memory is not as good as yours.
Problem is...if he didn't have it locked down and it blew up he would have lost the team if he had stayed. I'm certain that nobody in the Boneyard ever blindsided an employer in order to protect themselves during a job change.
He wouldn't have. But he might have been interviewed after winning 2 conference championships, receiving a BCS bid, and 4 straight bowl bids. Didn't have that on his resume if/when GT was interested.RE couldn't land the job at GT, how the hell is he going to land the job at PSU???
I wish I could be part of the UConn fan internet message board in-crowd so I could unnecessarily and arrogantly mock a poster for sharing a piece of news he thought was interesting and beneficial to the typical UConn fan.
I read this board daily to get info on the team/new recruits and rarely if ever post, but some posters paint a picture of themselves as 50 year old, overweight, starter jacket-wearing know-it-all's playing World-of-Warcraft on their extended desktop. It is highly amusing.
Carry on.
Businesslawyer is paid by Saint Randy's PR people to defend Edsall at all costs.
I have opinions - where do I go to get a piece of all this money that's flying around?
