There were six AAC teams playing in the post-season tournaments.
NCAA - UConn, South Florida and Tulane
WNIT - East Carolina, Temple, and Tulsa
The only two teams still playing are UConn and....Temple! With its 16-16 record, Temple needed an at large bid to the WNIT in order to play. The Owls, however, have been proving worthy of that bid, beating Marist, Penn, and last night, NC State (in OT). Temple will face a stiff challenge in playing Middle Tennessee State at 5 pm on Sunday.
