It's amazing the recruiting they have done going on, what, almost 20 years? They generally do not get the big name guys. Perkins and Matt Bouldin were big names but they have had mostly transfers and under the radar types. They have also brought in ridiculously good foriegn players. I'm really hoping They are able to bring the title home. Few is an outstanding coach and 'Zaga is an incredibly fun team to watch.

I thought wvu would be their toughest matchup in this bracket, but they are really starting to play at another level.

I think whoever plays on the other side of the bracket in the National Semifinals will be in a war leaving a distinct edge to the 2017 WCC Champ 80/1 pre season pick to win it all.

Gotta eat some crow on that here. Wouldn't pick them until they finally broke through to the FF. They did, so congrats to them. Hope they win it all.
 
Happy for the Zags. Xavier should be pretty good next year should everyone who is eligible to come back does so. Hope Sumner stays

I think people forget that we were Gonzaga, at least in terms of cannot win the big one, until 99. JC was criticized heavily for his inability to get to the FF and how we choked so mightily in 94 and 96.

Basically a home game for KU. But so far it's been fun to watch. Oregon's been making some highlight plays already.

Except it took them 18 years from their first Elite 8 to get over the hump and it took UConn 9 years. Twice as much pain.
