b/w the Purvis bricked WIDE OPEN threes and missed free throws and Gibbs flubbing lay-ups, they should be up at least 10 @ the half...sadly this is an all-familiar tune. If Adams would just look for his shot more I would roll with him in this type of game over Purvis.

I wish Gibbs was a better finisher around the basket. He'd be scoring like 4 more points a game if he could make his layups.

Mack made 3 - 3's, Miller got 2 fairly quickies, Huskies can't make a FT or lay up - up 1. Not bad.

Facey is active as hell. Not a great defender unfortunately but making them miss shots, going after rebounds with bounce. Nice half

I'm pretty happy to be up at the half because I think overall they haven't played well. Play well in the 2nd half and they win by 10.

They got great looks, they might have ran alot of clock and overpassed a bit but I'm not really mad at the shots they got. The only issue is I don't have much confidence in Purvis's fortunes turning in the 2nd half(unless they fall behind by double digits), and DHam hasn't exactly been a big time player in road/neutral court environments either.

DHam threw a nice pick and roll alley oop to KF and fed him a couple of other times, but he needs to rebound and create better 2nd half. Also finish that lay up he had and Sterling too.

I thought one of the rule changes was if you take a timeout within 30 seconds of the official timeout it counts as the official?

Texas took that timeout at 16:19. Why didn't that count as the under-16 official timeout?

Why do we play Phil over Steve? Phil brings almost nothing to the table besides okay screens and positional defense. But if we're going small ball he can't be our big in there.
