Thank goodness the Vikings sacked Dart for the win. I want the Giants to have the #1 pick, although I am not confident Schoen will maximize that.

Get the number 1 pick and trade down. Just don't wanna see Dart killed these last 2 games. Hopefully one of those extra draft picks is Skyler Bell.

Hopefully it isn't Schoen making the pick. With #1 he'd likely keep #1 and use it on a Duke QB
 
Here’s hoping for the L. With the #1 and not needing a QB they trade up and get 2 ones maybe. Again no confidence in Schoen’s picks

I certainly hope Giants don't blow it by winning this meaningless game, but they did this last year when they beat the Colts.

Next week will be the full tank mode-Vegas just stated Maxx Crosby will not play. This is after he said "I don't give a -- about the #1 pick-I play to win".

The Giants should counter by starting Devin Singletary at QB and tell Jameis and Russell to go have a few nights out on the town in Vegas and don't bother showing up to the stadium.
 
This f%$#!ng team is better at losing than any prior version Giants team and they can't figure out how to lose this game.

Winning today will cost three quality draft picks. They should have brought Daboll back to coach this game.

It's unf---believable how the Giants do this. Every completion for Jaxson Dart just rips my guts out. It's the same gut wrenching feeling I get seeing completed passes for big gains when I bet the under on the game total.

Having the #1 pick would be so beneficial to the proper GM and front office, which I doubt the Giants have. If your team's evaluation of the Mendoza shows he is significantly better than Dart, they should draft Mendoza and get whatever they can get for Dart in a trade. If the evaluations of the 2 QBs reveal there is not much difference, then they should keep Dart and get a king's ransom for trading the #1 pick.

The front office needs major changes as their is way too much nepotism. Scoring 14 pts might be a hill too big to overcome for the Raiders, like they are even trying to overcome it, SMH. Only the Giants could f uuu cccc kkk this up.

If they had the top pick, the intelligent thing would be to measure what they could get for that pick, plus what they believe Dart will be vs what they could get for Dart, plus what they believe Mendoza will be.

That aside, they could have gotten a fortune (two, maybe three firsts, depending on how high a pick the highest first was; and second, a third & a fourth).

We could have filled out the secondary, defensive line and offensive line with the haul, and added an offensive weapon with our second round pick and more depth with the rest of our picks.

Oh well, ownership was planning on bringing Schoen back anyway so I'm not sure he would have done enough with the picks.
 
Who couldn’t have predicted this, no one will convince me that Geno Smith isnt getting under the table money to throw this game it is in Vegas after all, he’s got some nice timely interceptions.

Or maybe the Raider special teams got that under the table money. When the Raiders cut the deficit after their TD drive, on the ensuing kickoff the Raiders looked like they laid down the red carpet for Deonte Banks to return it for a TD.

Agreed, I want Downs or Tate if they trade down. Hopefully someone emerges as the QB2 and there's a bidding war
 
Well at least we got the qb and we’re not trying to draft the right qb. The win against the Colts a couple years ago was much worse, not sure what Giants could’ve done today really, the situation just sucks. I guess it’s good that Dart gets his first road win of course it would’ve been nice to have that accomplished in Denver months ago.

Do we have the qb? Wake up to article saying Schoen’s the man and that he might have used the #1 on Mendoza!!! Yep sounds like Schoen🤬 create a qb controversy in NY

Yes, we have the QB. I want Schoen gone as much as anyone but that's just good business saying that about Mendoza. The #1 pick loses a ton of value as a trade chip if you come out and say you're not taking a QB
 
I have a very strong suspicion that we're beating the Cowboys on Sunday and will end up picking behind Washington (who played Miami while we played New England, which could give them the strength of schedule benefit, even though they did beat us twice).
