Maam, if I went into a BBQ restaurant and asked for a biscuit.... they would run me out of NC faster than a Supersonic Train traveling through the prairies of Western Canada 😨😨 The only bread I've ever seen in a BBQ restaurant is the white hamburger buns that use for the sandwiches. Maybe cornbread if they have Brunswick stew.

When you eat red bbq sandwiches (yes vinegar is better than red, but ccookout serves the red stuff) do you eat the coleslaw in the sandwich or on the side?

The fact biscuits aren't offered seems like a missed opportunity. Had Rise biscuits once while in NC. Having one on the side with ribs......🤤🤤🤤

The Cookouts up here serve the Vinegar BBQ not the red. But to answer your question... always on the sandwich, never on the side.

If the BBQ places had biscuits in addition to the hush puppies..... most of the clients wouldn't be able to move after a meal 😨😨 Biscuits can be heavy, depending on who makes them.
