I have to admit those are the only menu items that tempt me to overlook the salmonella risk and actually eat there.

Don't know but it is about 50/50 that the tongs that take your steak off of the grill have just touched either a raw steak or the garbage can.

Those things call my name too. Can we just ask for them to give us a sterile plate and the chop? Maybe we reduce the risk of infection enough to man up and eat?

Some wasted time at the beginning carving up the steak into smaller yet still inedible pieces. He could have been chewing on some salad or roll while he was doing that. I am a fan of his utensiless method.

In the end, a middling effort. He ate all the sides and about 2/3rds of the meat. Noteworthy neither for merit nor discredit.
