OT: The Basketball Tournament(TBT)

Anyone else get invested into this each year? Alot of recognizable names from the past decade of college hoops and stacked teams, the past couple of years I've preferred it over NBA Summer League. Hoping one day a UConn team gets created and sponsored, the Syracuse alumni team this year features 3(!) NBA first round busts from the past 6 years.

Yeah. It was random channel surfing on a Tuesday night in August,score was 61-60 and winner was first to 69 (That's what she said).
I figured it was worth 5 minutes of my time. I was wrong. It was compelling like the end of the first Naked Gun movie when they kept losing the gun to each other. It certainly wasn't quality basketball.

Boeheims Army always has a stacked bc their players don’t play in the league but I do enjoy it seeing guys playing hard fought games.

I don't know if anyone else caught it, but during a Germany game in the Olympics the color commentator did say that Giffey was one of only three players to win a NCAA championship as both a freshman and a senior. And then continued that the other two were Tyler Olander and Shabazz Napier.

Shockingly, he did not go on to say that Tyler's two championships were, of course, more than the amount that Jim Boeheim has won in his long career.
