Someone recently told me he'd heard a great definition of the word team and although it was meant in regards to the workplace, I think it also applies to sports - "A team isn't a group of people that work/play together, it's a group that trusts one another". Perfect definition, IMO.

The concept of trust among team mates is one that I have heard Auriemma mention many times - most recently during the Geno Auriemma Show.

I suspect that folks who are looking forward to Tennessee dropping out the top 25 in
next week's rankings are going to be disappointed.

After all, losing by 2 points in overtime on the road against a higher ranked opponent
is not exactly a recipe for demotion.

Of course it may be that MSU is way overrated, but I doubt that's how the voters will
see it.

Huskies Rule nailed it IMHO.

I've seen this before with Tennessee- great individual players but little team chemistry. Warlick simply isn't strong enough a personality to mold these young women into an effective team.

I think part of that problem could be that Pat is still around the program.

I think Florida, Duquesne and West Virginia all should be ahead of Tenn. That will make Tenn out of top 25.

DePaul lost tonight, that may keep UT in the 25. (Provided they beat Alabama, which is not a foregone conclusion.)
