Half 24 Tenn 34 Stan . Ohhh.
Box score at half Stan: 41.2 %, Tenn 28.6% FG percentage
I voted for Stanford to win, but I think it will be a closer game than most people imagine, quite possibly within single digits. If it turns out to be a 30-point blowout, then it will show that Tennessee is not much better than it has been in the recent past, and I don't think that is the case.
What team has looked like a #1 this season?Stanford does not look like a #1 so far.
Are you coming a few hours south tomorrow?Too bad both teams can't lose.

Stanford has played only one true 'away' game, in San Francisco, and they have not played a game outside their time zone. How can we know whether they are a #1 caliber team?

Yeah, Victoria, BC is really close to the Bay Area.![]()

While it's not the Bay Area it's certainly not a hostile environment for Stanford.![]()
I was just confused that playing in the same time zone is basically like a home game, even if it's in another country. Or maybe I misunderstood the previous poster.
Stanford's defense has a lot to do that. Very disciplined and physical.TN 10-39 shooting. Yup.
