107-22 over Univ of District of Columbia
Congrats to Tonya and her Owls

(I look forward to hearing all the reasons this is different from the Maryland game.)

She kept it under 110!

(Honestly, I do think there is a big difference between mid level teams running wild and top ten teams doing the same, but ...)

1) Uh Temple is not a top 10 ten with title aspirations. Every moment in every game against every team is a coaching moment. Even in a blow out a less talented team like Temple can learn more than the hyper talented team of Frese's.

2) Cardoza has never implied that she would find it easy to win if she always got the best talent like UConn.

3) Cardoza has never accused Geno of winning while sitting in a lazy chair.

4) Cardoza has never continually implied that UConn's winning is bad for basketball.

5) Cardoza has never called UConn recruits the day before signing just throw shine on Geno and the program in order to entice them away from signing.
Need more?

'That was my first thought when I SAW the thread announced.
The significant difference is--Tonya is former Uconn/UVa , a friend--and I'm not quite sure of the status of the other person on the Boneyard. Former Uconn's have lofty-ier goals than some other!

I'm friends with one of the temple players mom on fb. She was on there bragging about the win. Idk if she realizes that they played a D3 school or not but considering its preseason not sure how much there is to brag about

So it has nothing to do with running up the score, playing starters too long, etc.
Those topics I reviewed and stated my position twice before. Those are the more.

Just the fact that I read this entire thread tells me the regular season can't start soon enough!

THE Ohio State leads Ashland by 11 points at halftime.

Ashland is #5 in the D2 preseason poll. This game makes more sense .... both teams probably benefit from it
