Temple game thread

Temple finally (barely) converts on 4th down, and is now self-destructing with an offensive pass interference penalty.

And we immediately give up ab 18 yard gain. 3rd and 7.

AT BEST, we are hoping to stop a potential Hail Mary attempt at the end of a game to old onto 2 wins against essentially MAC schools (Buffalo and Temple, who has a MAC roster). Add in our multiple losses to MAC teams in Coach P's tenure, and I simply don't see us as being better off than we were, or even close to that, before this regime's arrival.

the season is basically over now fans. I mean we can go 6-6 or 5-7 but a .500 team is just not "good" Making a bowl at 6-6 gives fans a false sense that season is successful.

And there in lies the problem with our offensive approach. Sure, the D blew it there, but it's unrealistic to expect a D to play perfectly ALL GAME LONG. Our Offense needs to be better than putting the D in the position to play a fantastic game, just for a CHANCE to win.
