Temple Game Thread

On defense UConn is daring Temple to drive by smothering them on the perimeter.

.-.
Defense is really getting in the lanes and causing all sorts of problems for Temple.

Thanks everyone for the updates....!

And, I gotta admit, when I hear Gabby is doing something good, I get extra excited. :D

Some of us need more help. Who stole? Who assisted Pheesa? What's the share of said 14 points? Thanks
contested steal by Pheesa up by the 3 pt line, led to a two -on- two break with Chong. Collier lobbed a pass to Chong up by the circle, who immediately touch-passed it to Pheesa for the lay-up

Nice to see the Huskies come out with a purpose tonight. When they play like this they're unbeatable.

Obviously took to heart whatever disappointment Geno expressed after the last game.

Baskets in the Paint after 1
UConn 10
Temple 0

All of UConns baskets were in the paint.
I am doing a Happy Dance:p

Geno was right. If you haven't seen Gabby Williams play, you have NO idea what you are missing.

8 points, 3 assists, 3 blocks, 1 rebound, and 1 steal.

A very good defensive quarter for our kids...

Temple is showing some of the athleticism and toughness that has allowed it to win a bunch of games. UConn has done a good job taking away Temple's first option in Fitzgerald, who has been appearing on some midseason watch lists.

Love the toughness going to the rim!

Gabby was having a stellar game until she turned the ball over and then committed her 2nd foul.

Her penchant for foul trouble is probably her most salient liability right now.

Saniya taking it to the basket tonight. Very nice to see!!!!
