UConn women’s basketball game moved to Saturday due to weather

The UConn women’s basketball game at Temple has been moved from Sunday to Saturday due to a winter storm expected to hit the region this weekend.

The Huskies will play at noon Saturday, an hour earlier than the planned 1 p.m. tip-off scheduled on Sunday at the Liacouras Center. The game will be broadcast on SNY.

Fans with Temple-UConn tickets have multiple options due to the schedule change: use them at Saturday’s game, receive a refund, or exchange the tickets to two other Temple women’s basketball games during the 2018-19 season.

In order to receive a refund, ticket holders must call the sales office at 215-204-8499 by Feb. 1. Ticket holders can only get refunds if they bought single-game tickets through Temple. The ticket office is open Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Saturday UConn game appears to be scheduled for streaming on ESPN+, which requires a subscription .. but trial subscription is free..
The SNY broadcast has pre-game at 11:30 (preceded by a repeat Geno show); the game begins as 12:00.

I re-checked the ESPN Women's Bball page and it now appears the game will be streamed on ESPN3. Maybe a last minute change?
