yeah would be great tto know which hotel is the team'sSo excited! I’ll be there! Does anyone know if there’s a designated fan bar or hotel? I know in the past there are pep rallies and send offs! Excited to see all the UCONN in TPA!
Does everyone have tickets already? We've been trying to buy tickets since November (sold out first day). Don't want to pay $1000 per couple. Has anyone tried to buy tickets day of?
I got the same email. As a 20+ year season ticket holder and an All American donor/ couldn’t believe I got shutout from FF tickets. Really disappointing.I'm not going, but as a season ticket holder I got an email from UConn Athletics today essentially saying that the UConn allotment has already been spoken for. For securing tickets, it references the NCAA Ticket Exchange at www.NCAA.com/Exchange
If you click on that, it brings you to Ticketmaster. You can peruse Ticketmaster, StubHub, etc. I have done so out of curiosity and plenty of seats are available but it is all secondary market at this point and they are very pricey, surprise surprise. After Friday's games, more will hit the market for Sunday. I have not done a lot of buying and selling on the secondary market so I'm not the voice of experience on how to "play it".
It is a big arena, I was there in 2019. Used primarily for hockey. You might actually get a nosebleed in the upper deck.
Each team will have a hotel in Tampa but unless you are a guest at the hotel they will probably not let you in. There should be a UConn fan gathering spot at a bar/restaurant near the arena. Lots of free activities at the arena itself.
Three of us in my family are heading out Friday morningAnyone else heading down??
Try StubHub or other online resellersIn the area just need 2 tix
BWK, when tickets first came on sale back in mid-October, my tickets were bundled as a Final Four package. At that time, I couldn't purchase separate tickets for the semis and not the championship. I purchased two bundled tickets in the 300 level and the total price - tickets, convenience fee, taxes - came to $514 for all three games.Anybody know what face values are for tickets? I'll be there, but haven't purchased seats yet.
Thank you for that information.BWK, when tickets first came on sale back in mid-October, my tickets were bundled as a Final Four package. As others have said, Ticketmaster is showing 300 level seats for the semis in the $170-$185 range. Stubhub might be going cheaper - but I don't know.
