This is also where Malloy better get involved and pressure ESPN with giving an extra UConn guarantee for our addition in exchange for those tax breaks. They are not going anywhere else with what they have invested here at this point.

Call. In all markers. Grease palms if necessary.
If anyone has compromising photos of an ESPN or Fox bigwig.
Now is the time to make them available to Warde.
This may be our only hope

Fox own the YES network which obviously has ties to the Yankee Stadium thing, I have long thought that should be our worm hole into the B12.

Huh? what does FOX owning YES mean for us to the B12?

YES has distribution throughout Northern NJ, all 5 boroughs & Connecticut already. What is the leverage where UConn fits in?

To get a higher rate by tying the two properties together.

Appearently ESPNU has 1)BYU 2) Boise 3) Houston

Granted these guys know as much as we do and are only looking at it from a geographical/football view and leaving out the financial side.
The day Houston becomes a legitimate candidate for the B-12 is the day after Texas leaves the B-12. There is no way in hell the Longhorns will allow a fifth Texas school in their conference.

Maybe to take us away from SNY which we have done pretty well on and they are competing networks within the same market. Thats not going to be a deciding factor but it could be a positive.
