Since I looked in to this for my buddies wedding a few years back... needs to be a JoP in CT and that’s a whole other ball of wax. Mail order ministers aren’t official in CT.

So, I officiated, the DJ/JoP signed the marriage certificate, they got divorced a year later and it was all tidy.
