You get it. Committing a foul on the other end was better than letting OSU have a 3. Not a conspiracy by the refs.

Huge win for ASU, battled through a lot of adversity in this game to finally get a top 10 win. ASU's first win at Gill Coliseum since 2011.

Kianna Ibis with another huge game: 28 points and 13 rebounds.
Reili Richardson isn't known as a scorer but she had a season-high 16 points in this game.

Very balanced scoring for OSU. Pivec finished with 19 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists. She was extremely difficult to stop down the stretch.

There's no way that was an intentional foul. They would've at least assigned someone who didn't have 4 fouls to commit it if that were the case.

Not rooting against OSU, just wanted ASU to finally get a good win. Tired of seeing them come up just short.
 
The two games of the day today:
NC State's OT win over Virginia Tech.
Arizona State's 2OT win over Oregon State.

Right now Nebraska-Minnesota is going down to the wire. Nebraska is up by 2 with 33 seconds left.
 
This ISC and UCLA game has been entertaining 65-63 with 27 seconds left uSc up
 
What a great out of bounds play called by USC, they scored 2 and the foul, now up 5 with25 seconds left
 
UCLA fell asleep on that inbound, USC gets a breakaway layup and got fouled. Up 5. UCLA won at USC a few weeks ago. This would be SC's first conference win, they desperately need it. But UCLA can't afford to lose this one either. This would be 3 straight losses at home and drop them to 2-4 in conference.

USC wins. Colorado is the only team left in the Pac without a win yet.
 
Huge win for USC, by far their biggest of this season yet.

Both of these teams are probably on the wrong side of the bubble right now. Their RPI is in range but they need quality wins over the upper half of the conference. With UCLA there's a chance they won't even finish with the requisite .500 overall record.

Just back from the Oregon State game. Reili Richardson was the difference for ASU today. She made OSU pay for sagging off and daring her to shoot. Ibis is terrific, but knew she was going to get her points today. Finally caught up with OSU today, not having a strong defensive post presence and strong defensive rebounding post. Blueprint is there on how to play OSU. ASU is an even better defensive team this year--no slouch. I really thought Rueck should have run a clear out for Slocum at end of 1st overtime. ASU is too good defensively to try and rub someone off a pick. Destiny could have created a jump shot, gone to hoop, or, if doubled dished. Rueck has to fix this as OSU has not been good at end of quarters when having the ball with less than 20 seconds.

Pivec kept OSU in the game today. Could have (should have) lost in regulation, but Pivec wouldn't allow it. Pivec is great. FT shooting murdered OSU today. OSU has been very good FT shooting team the past 4 games. That really hurt them today. Time to move on to next game.
 
Kristine Anigwe moved into the all time top 10 in scoring in Pac 12 history today, passing Kate Starbird. Adia Barnes is next up for her.

USC and UCLA had the toughest schedule in the conference to start the season with their rivalry games and then weekends against the Oregon and Bay Area schools. I expect at least one of them will rally from here.
