Threafs gonna threafThe Boneyardin' Effect has found its way to 45% of all threafs. An all time high.
This was also posted in the Stewart on crutches thread: Hurley said that, with no setbacks, Stewart is still "in line" to play in the NCAA Tournament, which begins next week. According to a source, Stewart probably wouldn't be ready until the tourney's second weekend.
If tib/ fib ligament ..not good 6-8I sure hope he can do more than put weight on it in 4-5 days.
Never count your chickens before they hatch! Not sure if you remember but years ago we played a huge underdog named George Mason. It didn’t go so well! One game at a time please!!Check Furman during their conf went ballistic but against their conf. We have two 5s they have 1. And if Demary is go time it negates their guard. Game won’t be close
I’m sorry, but we have never ever played George Mason. Never. Not once. Not a single time. Ever. Like ever.Never count your chickens before they hatch! Not sure if you remember but years ago we played a huge underdog named George Mason. It didn’t go so well! One game at a time please!!
Furman? as a 15 seed would be well like Arizona losing as a 2 seed…yikesNever count your chickens before they hatch! Not sure if you remember but years ago we played a huge underdog named George Mason. It didn’t go so well! One game at a time please!!
We aren't Arizona......Furman? as a 15 seed would be well like Arizona losing as a 2 seed…yikes
I think they were the first to lose 2x to a 15 seed - 1993 and 2023. Wasn’t referring to this years version and should have been clearer. We aren't Arizona......
Yes they are really good this year, but they are consistent underachievers in the tournament.
And we never woulda got pounded by Florida after we never played George Mason.I’m sorry, but we have never ever played George Mason. Never. Not once. Not a single time. Ever. Like ever.
And you can trust me because I was there when we never played George Mason.
The bar I was in Arlington at the time never happened? The crowd in there was going crazy as I slunk under the table. . Thank heavens that was just a nightmare and not real.I’m sorry, but we have never ever played George Mason. Never. Not once. Not a single time. Ever. Like ever.
And you can trust me because I was there when we never played George Mason.
How could you not know thisI think they were the first to lose 2x to a 15 seed - 1993 and 2023. Wasn’t referring to this years version and should have been clearer.
Kentucky lost to St Peters
Ohio State lost to Oral Roberts
Michigan State lost to Middle Tennessee
loved Duke losing to Lehigh
So there is precedent but happens like every 2 to 3 years
first to lose as a 2 seed “twice”How could you not know this
The first 2 seed to ever lose to a 15 was…….
Canada….against Richmond in early 90s
One game at a time is the only way to play the tournament, but George Mason’s regular season in ‘06 placed them about 100 teams better on the NET or similar rankings than this year’s Furman. Yes, we should have beaten Mason but they made it to the Regional Finals before beating us for a reason — they were a good team.Never count your chickens before they hatch! isn't that ONLY...first to lose as a 2 seed “twice”
Not only was I never there also — I have no other explanation why it was a solid ten years after March of ‘06 before I could hear Living on a Prayer being played and not walk out of the room. Even at weddings.I’m sorry, but we have never ever played George Mason. Never. Not once. Not a single time. Ever. Like ever.
And you can trust me because I was there when we never played George Mason.
They outmuscled us as I remember. One game at a time is the only way to play the tournament, but George Mason’s regular season in ‘06 placed them about 100 teams better on the NET or similar rankings than this year’s Furman. Millender had time just not that muchNot sure we'll see Stewie again this season really, maybe garbage time but considering he's been marginally playable and out several weeks I don't see him getting subbed into our games - it's going to be all Ross unless he tanks. Demary is critical to our play, I wish that we'd gotten Millender some time on the floor but this season was just so tight.
It’s George F’in Mason.I’m sorry, but we have never ever played George Mason. Never. Not once. Not a single time. Ever. Like ever.
And you can trust me because I was there when we never played George Mason.
