Played at a church gym that had all glass on one end what a bitch to shoot with that view in the background.

Kid has that quick shiftiness, crossover which is hard to find. When he gets to the rim uses his size, body and strength to gain the advantage as well as the rim for protection. What’s not to like!!!

The more I see of Castle, the more excited I get about his arrival in Storrs. A dynamic, skilled scorer with size seems like such a novelty for UConn. It’s been a while since we’ve had that kind of player on a UConn roster.

The best part of his game is that being more of an earth-bound player (versus a high flyer), he knows how to actually play solid, fundamental basketball instead of being sloppy and one dimensional like so many of the players ranked 50-100 (and many in the top 50, honestly). The continued development of his skills and body have me super glad he is not reclassifying to this year. He'll come in next year so primed to be a day one contributor.

Man I had this typed out and then deleted it — he’s taller but I think we’re going to get what everyone wanted Jalen to be. Plus it’s going to help that his supporting cast will be 10x better.

The smoothness and fluidity to his game reminds me of Jalen. Castle probably isn't the same level of passer/shooter at the same stage, but he's obviously much bigger.
