Stef and Tiff a new chapter

I really liked what I saw from Stef and Tiff. Kinda looked like USF wanted to take Bria and KML out of the game leaving Stef one on one with out much of a double team. For me it shows how good Stef is one on one. Will Duke double down on Stef Monday? We will see. Tiffany is on fire. It will be interesting to see how Duke and everybody else handles her. It appears shes found herself and is reaching another level. To pleasant surprises. Monday night I expect Duke to try on slow it down. If they dont it could be a long night.

I think it is great that Tiff & Stef are doing so well. At the beginning of the year these two were question marks and most of us BYers wondered where they were. Bria and KML picked it up for us. Now I can see why a lot of opposing coaches are saying this UCONN team is more dangerous than last year. If a team tries to take out 1 or 2 of our players then we have 2 more to fill their place. We did not have that last year. This te is starting to take define and take shape. Kiah & BB are improving, Heather looks a lot better, Carolyin is a leader....man, I really love this team.

Let's hope 'The New Look' of the UConn offense in the last few games gives the upcoming opposition second thoughts about their game plans to try to stop the Huskies. I would think they're confused as all hell right now!

Stef hit at least 3 shots from the high key area. In the last several games she is shooting over 50% on that shot. Some have been almost a the top of the arc another step and she achieves 3 point distance.

I think that UCONN is enjoying seeing some of the same player development that Baylor is seeing in Hayden, Williams and Condrey. Those three have really elevated their games midway through this season and are making great contributions that they were not making earlier in the season. Both of these teams seem to be playing at a much higher level than they did in the early season meeting.

Hayden's sister was at Baylor for family night last night. She is one of the top players in Dallas so I hope that motivates her to sign with Baylor.
