I think that is currently the rule. I also thought the rule said 20 percent of games but maybe that's changed too

Spot on. Didn't accrue the stats but he did get into opposing backfields and looked pretty solid in coverage as well.

I’m pretty sure that I heard Mora say that Rosa qualified for a RS

Now I see why Fagnano has another year of eligibility... He only played 2 games officially in year 1 at UConn
