Just got a call from my uncle, asking if I knew who Stanley Robinson is. Apparently he's going to be staying with my uncles family for a while in Madison while he works at a camp there

Go play pick up on the family hoop and get pic of him dunking on you.

Sticks ever graduate? Basketball aside for a minute, if he got a 4yr degree I think he'd be an overachiever given his natural intellectual abilities. Not trying to knock him, and I wish him the best, but not everybody is cut out for the classroom.

He must know Coach Barker. It was bad timing for me. I hope it works out great & Sticks makes it to Europe!

Unlikely, since he withdrew from school for a personal leave and then missed a semester after that (so he was only in school 6 semesters instead of eight). He probably left with a lot of work to do. Hopefully, he's chipping away at it.

Has about 2 semesters of classes left. He wants to finish but needs a paycheck firstand foremost to provide for his family. If he gets a decent overseas contact he will look to move his family to CT and finish his degree like Taliek and Tony Robertson were doing last summer

For someone "not trying to knock him" you did a pretty good job. Given your "natural intellectual abilities" I'm surprised you are able to use a keyboard

Agree imno1. I like when someone is truly knocking someone and then say I am not on him when they are and then they say I wish him the best. So fake but most people see who they really are!

He can't do any jumping or running. Still recovering from his Achilles surgery.

Sticks? That guy can do a 360 windmill with no achilles and a torn acl.

Not sure exactly what you meant, but TB and TR both retired. They are both finally graduated at this stage, no? I thought they finished up last summer.

Actually I am really not trying to knock him. Some people are smart others arent. If I wanted to knock him it would have been blatant and obvious, without being prefaced by a question legitimate enough to have garnered several serious answers. I dont know if you two are on the rag, have little man syndrome, or just walk around in rainbow land believing everyone is nice and smart and attractive, but me and my fat A dont, and we are not offended by or afraid to employ honesty.

I don't know anything about Stanley's academic potential. But for the common good, rather than saying something demeaning and hurtful, we should refer to such athletes as "better suited to a UNC education".

Not trying to knock you but it seems like you are a low basketball IQ type guy if you think you weren't blatant and obvious with your knock on SR's "natural intellectual abilities". Now it's no knock to be the low basketball IQ guy, someone has to be him.
