Stanford vs. South Carolina Game Thread

Damn. Karly stepped on a foot, the rolled the ankle to further the issue. Man. Not good.

I dont see what your comment about being a #1 seed had to do with anything.

How soon everyone forgets UConn's 12 point 1st half.
Except I mentioned that very game about a dozen posts up. UConn was underwhelming in that game, I will admit it. No need to sugar coat it. It is what it is, calling a spade a spade.

Crap! Karlie out - looks like it might be a knee.
Cancel the knee -it's an ankle

If SC had a little effective motion to their offense Wilson would rule inside.

Good defense by Stanford. Do they have enough offense without Karlie?

Why does Cuevas take wild contested shots early in the shot clock? She could easily get the same wild shot later in the clock.

That was a lot worse than a normal rolling of the ankle. Hope the ligaments are OK.

.-.
For such a well-coached team, Stanford shockingly throws a lot of wild passes.

South Carolina offense looks hapless. They'd better get their act together

Never like to see an injury, but if Stanford does prevail, it would make it that much easier for their opponent in the final if one of their best shooters is out.
