This game is favoring the Cardinal midway thru the 2nd quarter!

I see the score is only 17-14 early in the 2nd quarter.

I hope this is because both teams suck, rather than because both teams are playing suffocating D.

Lots of air balls. Not a pretty offensive game, to say the least.

Just got in, turned on the set and I notice SC still has a championship level defense and a D2 level offense. If they could just move the ball effectively side to side they'd actually make a few of those 10 straight misses.

Given that we'd like to play the winner of this game, I'd say this is going swimmingly so far.

Neither team is lighting it up from the outside. No individual looks unstoppable.

I don't think Stanford's D even looks that great. SC is just not making shots and not even making plays.

Except I mentioned that very game about a dozen posts up. UConn was underwhelming in that game, I will admit it. No need to sugar coat it. It is what it is, calling a spade a spade.
