Guys, let's cut Stewart some slack. They obviously keyed on her and KML in the first half, and she's just having a tough game. It happens.

I hope Banks gets the confidence to start slashing to the basket again. She was so effective doing that last season.
She may be a little more cautious though because of not wanting to get re-injured.

Sweet! double double for Stokes - 10/11 and 5 blocks!

Per Becca, via Doris, KML’s elbow is very swollen and she is in a lot of pain.

Shades of Will...
Do you remember that game - i think it was vs. Tennessee - where Crockett played out of her mind. So strong, all over the place, and I thinks he dove for a loose ball at the end - just a great and strong effort on her part.

This game was heads and shoulders better than last seasons game. (KML excluded)

This should a be boost to Stanford and their young team going forwards because this UConn game is much more talented than last.

Stanford may not be the number 3 team in the nation but they should definitely should be top 6.

UConn should get that vote back that they absurdly lost...back to Unanimous #1.

Haven't seen Kiah smiling this much since the WH visit. Very happy for her, and SUPER proud of her performance.

Haven't seen Kiah smiling so much on a court in possibly ever. At least it's one nice thing to see today, even if it doesn't counteract the KML bummer.

edit: wow, same post content at the same time as VAMike :-D

Hartley. She was the best player on the floor tonight, and it wasn't particularly close.

That's what I said about Kiah in the first half. I still think I would give Kiah the game ball but Bria was outstanding.
