I didn't realize Stanford was 7 in the rankings. Given the way pollsters vote, they might not even fall out of the top 10, and ore st won't make it the top 10 either.

I'd put Ore st at 6, and Stanford at 17 or 18.

True but they should be pumped about the win. They destroyed Stanford - in each half. It's not like Stanford played a stinker in the 1st half and came back. Tennessee defense completely destroyed Stanford. The Cardinal may not get to 40 points, and yet they scored over 70 against UCONN in regulation. Solid win by Tenn vs. Rutgers and a blowout of Stanford.

It won't matter in the end, but from a "resume" perspective, it's a really bad loss for UCONN. I'm not sure Stanford is even a top 20 team.
