@wheelerdog[ sorry for the late response but the answer is yes. I got whacked $12.50 plus .71 on my $250 charge. Not doing that again.

So @FanDuel told me that it's up to the bank, and CC company said it's up to FanDuel. I have feeling the same thing would happen to me.

My account is with SugarHouse. They wouldn't let me use Amex. It was Chase Visa with the charge. I have a horse site I fund with Amex and they don't charge me for that.

I fund FanDuel with PayPal. No charges.

To clarify. If you use a CC for your PayPal charges, I think you will be charged a fee. I have PayPal linked to a bank account. No charges for that.
