South Carolina added to Paradise Jam Field

Jim Fuller reports this in his blog (courtesy of a tweet by Bob Joyce). One more team will be added to the field that also includes UConn, Hampton, Purdue, Wake Forest, Marist and DePaul.

After the last team is added, the teams will be divided into 2 divisions. UConn and DePaul will obviously be in separate divisions. Without knowing the final team, I'd love for UConn to play Marist, Purdue and South Carolina.

I would love to see UConn-Marist. Two very well-coached teams, obviously I would go with UConn but would like to see Marist make them sweat a little bit!

totally agree with Cat, but if you consider Purdue, UCONN, Depaul and SC the "elite" teams of the Jam, i have to imagine they'd split them in 2 putting Marist and Hampton as the last teams on each side.

LOL, me too, but no chance of that. I'm sure they'll balance the quality teams & quality names. I can't see UConn, Pur, and SC all in one division.
