OT: Songs with Woman/Girl's Name

Ah, I beat ya to it- post #89. :)
Good. That explains the strange "omission." I would like think that it is good enough to bear repeating.

Here’s a twofer, Sailing Shoes, Hey Julia, and Sneaking Sally through the Alley, the first track from the Robert Palmer album.

I remember the song, but I wasn't alive when Ricky made his singing debut on the Ozzy and Harriet show. I do remember seeing Shelly Fabares singing "Johnny Angel" on a re-run of the Donna Reed show...

So, I learned something today.
Was looking for a suitable clip of Springsteen singing 'Meet Me At Mary's Place'.
One of the related suggestions was Sam Cooke singing 'Meet Me At Mary's Place'
A little research showed that "Mary's Place" has a gospel reference, and who better than Mr Sam Cooke for a gospel song?
So a twofer about 'Mary's Place': different songs/lyrics, same basic idea.

I think we've had instrumentals, right? Talented young trio that did a few albums together, then went separate ways. I know 2 of them have continued in the music biz, both solo and part of other collaborations.

For the young guys, here’s Shelly. I had a huge crush on her.
