I found a cool feature on UConnHuskies.com where you can select on every team that UConn has played in history and get a summary of the historic matchup between the teams. I was wasting time reminiscing about the good old days...but then stumbled upon this:

University of Connecticut Athletics Men's Basketball History vs Duke University

Someone needs to be fired for this offense! :)
Duke, hmmm. Sounds familiar. I think we beat a team in some tournament a couple times by that name.

I think it has to do with the site not being programed to go that far back.

"That is not a valid excuse! I hear that everyday and I dismiss it!"

I believe you could be creative enough to do so, maybe adding that wonderful picture we all love in which Coach Ks wife and daughter are balling their eyes out in the stands at a certain game ? Get’er done CL!

Yeah, I’ll pass. Having little fun on The Boneyard is one thing, but out in the real world…

On a related note about Puke, did anything come about with the Zion investigation or did that go away?

Nope, it includes all games ever played. For instance, here is Boston College (notice the nice 23 game winning streak! :) ):

The site gives the teams played against and the scores , but not the roster. It goes back to 1950.

For the roster, you have to Google it. I found it interesting that for 1968-69, the record was 5-19 with Burr Carlson as coach, and then the record jumped to 14-9, the next year. No big change in players that I could see except for the return of the players from the year before. Maybe a year made a difference, but this looks like Dee Rowe's first year so maybe he had a lot to do with it.

It must have been a deep web hack. Whoever missed this, does not deserve clemency. AD needs to be notified asap.
