Pretty funny stuff and I am surprised Zenetto did not have much to say about the boneyard considering he knows how many of “us” have an opinion about him. I myself watch plenty of his daily podcasts but could live with less homerism.

I love Joe D and haven’t seen hate around here, at least not recently. But stop with dismissing fans as posting “from their basements”. There’s a wide spectrum of knowledge and familiarity with the game among the fanbase. Not everyone that is critical is some loon posting from their basement. I loved Joe D’s work.

He could be talking about the women’s board. Joe D actually got death threats for a column he wrote about Nykesha Sales. The women’s board was brutal to him for years.

I actually had a brain cramp - it was Jeff Jabobs that wrote the article. Still, the women’s board is more likely to be nasty to anyone that’s perceived to be insulting to Our Girls, no matter how slight the offense

Although you usually come after me, I have to concede, this is a classic post and exceptionally quick catch. Well done! I just saw the thread a few minutes ago and thought ok shooting contest is that basketball or are we going to the range.

It actually has a secret door leading to a cave which has a driveway that is camouflaged by a waterfall. When I leave the house each day, I hammer it down and fly off a ramp through the waterfall. It’s pretty sick although the water bill stings a bit… but can you really put a price on style?

The Men's board didn't love Joe either. For me he was an acquired taste, but he had many critics among our fan base here.

When it comes to evaluating the play of the individual players, the glass of liquid containing 50% of it's capacity tends to be two-thirds full with the flaws being largely ignored.

My comment was do0chie I’ll admit but in fairness, I was still bitter from the loss, had several Chardonnays throughout the day in preparation for cooking for in-laws later and have issues with legit criticisms being dismissed as being made by people in their basements like the people being criticized are somehow way above everyone else. Media folks really aren’t that relevant in the grand scheme of things and are generally forgotten in a New York minute when they retire so get off your high horse, Joe.
