Think i'll adopt the new NYCFC as my MLS team. I can't stand any of the Boston sports teams, and Yankee stadium is easier to get to than Newark.

They should have a pretty entertaining team. Lampard has been doing great for Man City. He's scored 4 goals in all competitions. Villa can still play, and they have a UConn guy on the team.

I watched a ton of sports last weekend. Here is what I MADE SURE that I watched - Arsenal Chelsea.

One thing is for sure, the Special One walks the talk. He's uncanny.

no injuries this week though...that's a step in the right direction.
That's what you think. Ozil's now out for 12 weeks. It never ends. Our complete midfield is missing now. Arteta, Ramsey, Ozil.

55,000 people in attendance for Seattle vs. Vancouver.

22,000 standing room only crowd for KC vs. Chicago in a cold downpour while the Royals are in a playoff game.

A year or so ago, I selected NYC FC as my US team. Not that flights matter, but it would be easiest to get to via flight and public transportation, they'll play in Yankees Stadium for a few years, they aren't a Boston club (albeit I'm more or less a Bs fan), and they'll play in the world's capital. I don't give a hoot about Man City, but NYC FC's my team.

I can't support NYC FC. Man City and Chelsea seem like a pox on the sport. One is owned by basically gangster who is responsible for hundreds if not thousands of deaths in the growth of his business. The other is part of an Arab effort to take control of UEFA and gain influence in FIFA. Which could lead to more idiocy like Qatar 2022.

Anyway two more signs that soccer will never make it in this country. Philly-NY had a tifo, (which the Philly Fans screwed up) and the Carolina game ended in a tie.
