29 points, 9 rebounds and 9 assists to lead Phoenix to its third straight win.

It's amazing what happens when you let your best player take the most shots.

Pretty awesome, eh? Was hoping she'd get a triple double. about as close as you can get! early in the season but she, Maya and Tina are really performing like 3 of the very best in the league (but then again we already knew that!)...

Better job by Phoenix's guards, including the best guard in the WNBA. Phoenix won the game.

I have to ask, though - DT is racking up a tech a game, it seems. Got another today. Is there any penalty in the W for accumulating too many?

Meanwhile the world has still another Briana, named Gilbreath who was grabbed on waivers
and was the starting guard for the Merc. Seems like a good acquisition. We certainly want her to shine in Phoenix, as opposed to LA, her last club. Charde was in for 20 mins. and did OK.

I'm shocked you would mention a former Tennessee player in a thread about a Uconn player.

Shocked, I tell ya!

And you didn't post a big ass picture of her. Amazing.

Well what's amazing is how much she has blossomed since LEAVING Tennessee. ;)

Griner is fitting into this team quite well. She continues to lead the league in FG% and blocked shots. Now that Prahalis is not getting much playing time this is a much better team.

She has always been a great athlete. At Tennessee she did improve a lot. Also her last year or two there was when Pat started having her health problems.

She is one of the best athletes in the WNBA. She and Nneka both move incredibly well.

Ahhhh.....the Boneyard.

Where a Baylor fan and Tenneessee fan can post about a former Lady Vol with minimal disruption.

I did say minimal.

You two should get a room.
