Clue me in. I'm groggy and about to go to sleep. Is :) because Tenn recently beat them and they are going to change conferences? The meaning is a little convoluted for a simple former willimanticite.

I think it's because Tennessee needed overtime to beat a team that was handled by Dakota State. Thereby implying that Tennessee might not be very good. Which is always a reason to smile.

I always assumed you (vowelguy) were a Tenn. fan. Perhaps, I should pay more attention to who posts what- and go to sleep.

MEA CULPA
How about- IDIOT, WIMP (who couldn't deal with another NE winter and slinked off to California), and someone obviously in the advanced state of dementia, who should have his ill-deserved title of "popular poster" immediately revoked.

Huskynan should be woken immediately and informed of this atrocity!!

Actually, never mind, I am going to immediately commit ritual suicide. With a dull knife.

(When I was in the army, I was in command of an armed detail guarding a soldier at a courts martial. He had threatened to stab some of his fellow cooks with a dull knife because, as he calmly testified, "a dull knife hurts more." He was brought into the courtroom, in chains, with myself and two others armed with loaded .45 pistols)

As in Robin Hood:

"I'll cut his heart out with a spoon!"

"Why a spoon, cousin?"

"Because it's dull, you twit!"

Some of Rickman's juiciest roles have been as a bad guy or perceived bad guy.

If logic, accuracy, reason and, heck, a good memory were required to post on the Boneyard, it would be one empty place indeed.

Yes, but falsely accusing someone of being a TN fan??
Shouldn't some kind of public hanging be in order?

Wrong board. :) Maybe if you ask nicely, DoggyDaddy will call him a moron for you.

Yeah, like that's an uncommon event.

I would think a bigger insult would be if DD called him "friend."

Well, at least a few push-ups in a very public setting!
