BS is too slow to be a running QB and the touch on his throws are so bad. He has no touch on his throws not to mention he misses his targets all the time.

How looks so lackadaisical and lethargic lately. Wonder if something is hindering him, but that's speculation.

Sole reason? No, but he is the coach and this is year 3. The QB he chose to lead this team is showing no progress, he talked highly of Davis and he has been moved to TE already. At this rate, it will take to at least year 5 to see improvement.
