Its not that far fetched the oline isn't god awful and Williams is playing with weapons around him, and your still playing for something, Mcafee is also coming in next year.

We are witnessing Cincy QB making throws while ours can't hit crap. This is weekly occurrence.

Does Williams do the "incomplete" signal even when not in coverage? He could be 10 yards off the play and still do it even if he had 0.0 impact on the play.
