+1, you can't have more than twice as many give away's 26 as take away's 12 and expect to make a bowl game.

Do you see a theme on the invites? The only offensive player invited was a TE. Our defense was absolutely good enough talent wise. Offense, not so much.

They used the same excuse last year. Enough with the "bare upboards" bs. It could easily be said this team is actually more talented than last year, as evidenced by at least 5 guys at the combine not to mention Jory Johnson, Masters, Wirth, Smallwood, Stephen, McCombs, GDavis (Stud), Phillips, Delahunt, Bennett, Friend, NWilliams, MSmith, Wagner, the two young safeties. How long before this excuse gets old even for you?

Moore made a tackle behind the line of scrimmage on Texas A&M running back Christine Michael, the NFL Network announcing crew sounded like they were members of Sio's fan club.

They mentioned that East head coach Jerry Glanville, a former head coach of the Houston Oilers and Atlanta Falcons, said "put an asterisk next to that guy because you are going to know who he is in the next couple of years."

Has to be some other year. Every brown-nosed CT sportswriter will tell you there wasn't enough talent on this team to make a bowl game. Clearly those idiotic NFL scouts don't watch the last two seasons. These two Muppets peanut gallery geazers worked some kind of miracle squeezing 5 wins out of those five slobs.

Wouldn't coaching have something to do with that?

Yes, but we had two WRs and a TE in all star games. And an all BE RB from last year regressed.

Our defense did not cause turn overs in either one of Don Browns seasons.

I think his coaching was a problem with that.

With the amount of pressure and TFL we created, there should have been tons of turnovers.

The downside of his philosophy is giving up the big play. The upside is creating big plays.

His defense did not create many big plays ie. turnovers.

That's not a threadjack.

Sportswriter song and dance all season was that the team lacked talent.

After all you don't just waltz into Kalamazoo with only 8 senior NFL prospects (not counting the underclass men) and expect to come out with a W.

It's totally relevant.

Whatever Zoo... Go back to beginning OP. The thread was about Sio Moore's success not the coaching staff/reporters failures but you think it relevant go right ahead.

Well, the topic was kind of played out. Now we're talking about something that will never get old.

On My Way To The Senior Bowl!!! God Is Good!! #SeniorBowl

I would guess possibly for Arthur Brown of KSU who wasn't in pads yesterday and didn't participate in any drills.

I'll bite.

Has what ever been done?

A Tweet?

A mid-week replacement?

Four Uconn players in a Senior Bowl?

Good for Sio... Not so good for TW.

"ROSTER CHANGES: The North roster underwent some changes on Tuesday. Receiver Alec Lemon of Syracuse was added to the team, replacing Ohio State linebacker John Simon. UConn's Sio Moore has replaced UConn's Trevardo Williams at linebacker and Ty Powell of Harding steps in for Kansas State's Arthur Brown at linebacker. Simon, Williams and Brown all had injuries that prevented them from continuing."
