I got a piece of the Gampel floor. Still in transit. Very excited to put it with my five Courants and piece of the 99 floor.

Its made of hard maple.

I'm using one piece to add to the wood to smoke a brisket this summer (after I strip the finish) mixed with some Oak obviously and a touch of Hickory. The mojo gods require this type of thinking. Going to be delicious.
