Absolutely.....we're the Boneyard......it's our job.. . . the non-appearance of Kelis Fisher in the fourth?
We have to do something to keep ourselves occupied until Friday.Absolutely.....we're the Boneyard......it's our job.
No facts here and jmo but if reading sideline and off-court appearances counts it certainly appears Big Fish is a happy teammate, understands her time will come and is confident that UConn is where she wants to be. Of course, realizing these are completely different times, hope I'm right because she shows a tremendous amount of natural agility with the potential of taking on a much more significant role in the future. She may have not played, but she looked like she was having the most fun of anyone last night.
She was not listed on the NCAA Player Availability Report for yesterday's game. Not really. If she was hurt, that would explain it. I haven't heard she is.
So if she was not listed as ' available," we can infer that she has an injury or was feeling ill?She was not listed on the NCAA Player Availability Report for yesterday's game.
Nope. She just didn't play. If she had a less than stellar practice based on the Syracuse scouting report, then maybe that's it. No more, no less.So if she was not listed as ' available," we can infer that she has an injury or was feeling ill?
A player is on the report as Available only if their status changes between the initial report and the final report for the game.So if she was not listed as ' available," we can infer that she has an injury or was feeling ill?
She exhibited speed and a great deal of athleticism driving to the hoop. Her defense progressed from little to fair. But her willingness to learn and dedicate herself to the team is positive. She showed little ability to convert shots from middle distance or from the arc. This doesn't mean the can't. It just means she was trying too hard to impress coaches in a limited period of time. I would be fascinated to hear how she performs in practice. She will , hopefully, make a huge jump next season. I see her as a KK understudy.I’m surprised she hasn’t played more this year. I am surprised by the order she enters the game during blowouts.
Great point! I hope she learns everything she can from KK! She’s definitely got the physical tools to excel at her position. I think I posted before how she reminds me somewhat of Deion Sanders in how she runs. You watch her stride and you think, “I don’t think she can catch up” then you refocus on her and realize she’s already caught up and is passing her! Her speed is like that. Smooth, yet blindingly fast! I can’t wait to see her sophomore jump! She exhibited speed and a great deal of athleticism driving to the hoop. Her defense progressed from little to fair. Kelis is a firecracker
Kim Mulkey said, hi. 😆She needs to watch out she doesn't get a bench T - she is awfully close to stepping on the sideline! But great to see her so into it!
