Should Duke move to the BE?

duke isnt going anywhere and who cares?
Nice neat concise post. Let ‘s consider your post as the closing argument of this case of Duke Go vs. Duke Stay.

The jury Verdict = Stay!

During the Xavier game the announcers predicted 7 teams from the BE make the tourney. It reminded me of all the big talk from the ACC when those four skunks defected from the BE, where is all the talk now? The ACC has become a one trick pony (Duke) and those skunk defectors are mired in mediocrity. So, should Duke move to the BE for their own good?
Aside from this insane post, you are aware the the ACC has 7 former BE teams? Miami, V Tech, Cuse, Pitt, L'vill, BC and Dame. Just wanted to be sure that you were aware.

What you say is true about firmer BE teams in the ACC but what does that have to do with Duke jumping ship. Which they will never do.

I chose to only address the part where it stated four teams that left. The rest of the post wasn't something I wanted to address.

When does the ACC tv contract run out? With the money ESPN has been bleeding, the next contract could be interestin, especially if most of the teams continue to tank.

2036?

Pitt won the ACC in the most important sport in college athletics. They may be a skunk but they smell like money. Duke is going nowhere.

It’s okay to have an unexpressed thought.

It’s hilarious to see how much bad basketball is being played played in that league this season. Definitely AAC level brutal. Just glad to be playing in meaningful conference games against tough competition.

Now obviously Duke wouldn't come to the big east. But that being said it does bring up a question.... If Creighton was in the ACC, would they be the second best team this year?

Duke just announced the move to the BE. Billy Bob Duke, is leaving his janitorial post at Arby’s to become an ice cream vendor at the Eastern States Exposition. The Big E is delighted to have lured such a gem from the storied bad food franchise.

This is thread is obviously tongue in cheek but, if you have Sirius XM, search for Coach K basketball and beyond podcast on the Sirius App. He interviews Cooley. His respect, admiration and jealousy of the BE comes through loud and clear.
Senses of humor seem to be a dying commodity......
To your point about Coach K, he supposedly wanted UConn over Pitt or Louisville and probably gets irritated every time he thinks of how little, if anything, Pitt, Syracuse, BC, ND, Miami, Louisville and Va Tech have brought to their league.

It’s about as likely as Alabama and LSU defecting to CUSA.
