I have had a 21+ yr career as a firefighter (8 in Willimantic the past 13+ in NYC) wouldn't trade it for ANYTHING!!!! DJ will do just fine...I'd bet he also finds his way back to the gridiron if Orange County has a team in the National Public Safety Football League.
 
Awesome for him. Disappointing how things went for him here, but glad he's doing great things.
 
Best of luck to DJ Shoemate. One of the best names for a tailback I`ve ever seen.

Based on your reply, I don't think you can take a joke. Inappropriate? Seriously? Unfunny? That's a matter of opinion, but it was hardly what I'd call inappropriate.
