First, congrats on the win. They really gutted it out and Ball was a baller. Forgive me for not going into too much detail, the pain of the L is still too fresh.

I will say though, that was one of the strangest opening to a game I can recall.
Regarding Shaka and IU... that's some wishful thinking. Most of the best points have already been made, so I won't beat a dead horse. IU is a fantastic coaching opportunity and from a broad perspective is a better coaching option for many coaches.
That being said, Shaka tried the big state school thing, it didn't work out and he's extremely happy where he's at. At Marquette he gets to run the program his way, recruit the type of players he wants to recruit, and he has all the support (operationally, financially, culturally, passion, NIL, etc) that he could ever need. After the Texas debacle, he's seen the other side of the fence. It's not happening.
