It’s in Walsh because it’s a rescheduled game and the Prudential Center is booked by a South Korean boy band.
I guess the South Mountain Arena was booked as well. (Seton Hall once played there in the early 1980s before going all-in on the Meadowlands.)

Yeah, the Big East should play their games in 1,000 seat arenas instead. SMH

Yes, that’s exactly what I said...

Seton Hall should build a 7-10k seat on campus arena.

For the love of God, Georgetown should not be playing at the Verizon Center.

2020 - Seton Hall gets up to #10 in the AP Poll and is projected a #3 seed in bracketology, before the season is cut short. Had a really good team and could have made a run with Powell. Year later, UConn enters the conference, is stealing key recruits from them by way of zoom calls, and are having trouble making the tournament again. Brutal swing.

Not sure if this was mentioned but the SH women play there so its still a commonly used court. I remember UConn women playing at Walsh back in December and last year too.

i definitely feel bad for them re: 2020 but, to be fair, they brought in a decent recruiting class and three of the top-available transfers to add to a really solid core of rhoden, cale, obiagu, aiken, and samuel. the fact that they have been underperforming this badly has to fall squarely on the coaching staff.

Kevin Willard really went from the top pick for the Maryland job to on the hot seat in less than 5 weeks
