Serah Williams invited to Canadian Basketball "GLOBL JAM"

The list represents players invited to Canada's U23 Women's National Team. The
invitees were announced today on the website for "GLOBL JAM" which is
between August 13 - 17 in Toronto (at the old MAPLE LEAF GARDENS, but
now renamed.) "SERAH WILLIAMS, Brooklyn, NY." is one of the listed invitees.
Serah will participate with a good number of other NCAA players, and it includes a solid
number of other Canadian/American players in this incoming USA Division I freshman class
(as well as some upperclass players like Serah)

For clarification, GloblJam is not a FIBA event which makes it possible for Williams to participate. This is why she's not part of the pool Canada Basketball has for the FIBA Women's competition for AmeriCup, and other qualifiers.

They have Howell listed with USC and Lattimore listed with Virginia. Technically it's accurate as they haven't played a game for their new teams yet.

Update. Serah didn't make the final U23 roster based on this picture posted by Canada Basketball.

Need to do some digging to see if I can find out why. Her former prep school had shared a post which had given me the impression she had made this roster.
